You can't work in London and be fat!

I don't mean that fat people can't work in London, I actually mean that living in London has been fantastic for my weight loss! I am on for 7lbs off this month which is FANTASTIC for me!

I walk to the train
Get off the train and walk to the tube
Get off tube and walk to next tube
Get off next tube and walk to work.

On the way home reverse it.

See the trend there? LOTS of walking! Then when I am in work I often have to go out to businesses which will boost me up a mile or 2 on top of the normal walking. Size 10 tops and dresses are starting to fit me providing they are size 10's with room for boobs! My size 12 trousers are starting to get lose on the hips, but need a bit more off the thighs to be back into size 10 trousers. Still by Christmas I will be looking how I want to be and feeling great! I can't wait! The thought of being 9stone something freaks me out and excites me so much!

Target for Halloween was 10 st 7, so I won't be hitting that, but confident that by the weekend I will be down to 10st 10, so not too bad at all.

Met up with some friends and old lecturers from uni this week in Soho. Gutted that STILL with almost 2 stone off, not one of them seemed to have noticed my weight loss! Come on people! WHAT. DOES. IT. TAKE!

Mind you, the person I am still looking forward to seeing my weight loss is my mum.... yeah because she said I would never be a size 10 again.... well mummy.... not long to go now!

It's a shame I can't put the London diet down to my weight loss, tbh I have ate so much crap it is unreal! Chocolates, cake, mcmuffins, the whole bloody works! But hey, one step at a time ;)

Back again!

Sorry, it's all been a bit busy the past few weeks! Good news is the weight is starting to shift in the right direction again and not staying still woohoo!

I am now an overweight BMI and not obese. Still a loooong way to go, but it really is keeping me motivated to see the changes. The last 2 weeks have had 2lbs off each week.

So my secret? Being bloody busy! That's it. Being busy with work has had me walking all over central London, running around a venue in Glasgow and traveling to and fro from Liverpool! All that busyness stops me having time to snack too! I eat when I have to eat, but I am easily under 1,000 calories a day for the most part, coupled with the exercise has just been having a great effect!

Don't get me wrong I am still slipping up and having naughty foods and I still sit at night fighting with my self internally as I am hungry and want to sodding eat! But its getting easier!

The new plan is to be a healthy BMI for Christmas. Thats just short of 2 stone I need to ditch! But it is achieveable if I work hard and keep the momentum going. I will settle for being under 10 stone if I have a blip between now and then so I only need to lose 1 stone to be happy. However hitting the healthy weight bracket again will be the ultimate Christmas gift if I can do it!!!!

Wish me luck!
